FAQs

Feel free to call or text us at (865) 684-3506 with any additional questions
What is a design consultation?
Background
A design consultation starts with a 30-minute video call with one of our creatives, where we discuss and provide input on the best way to present your images with regard to background colors, angles, props, set design, and more. After the call, you'll receive a written description of each shot, as discussed on the call. Once you approve the image descriptions, we'll begin shooting. During the shoot, the photographer may collaborate with you via iMessage, WhatsApp, or text message to make adjustments in real time.
How do I let you know how I want my pictures to look?
After placing your order, you can articulate your vision and preferences through a detailed email. If your package includes a design consultation, we’ll collaboratively develop a plan during the consultation.
How do I decide which image types are best for my project?
Feel free to give us a call or shoot us a text at (865) 684-3506, and we can help you think through the best options based on your product, the platform you're selling on, and your vision.
How do props work?
Customers typically provide us with props that they want to include in their photos by (1) shipping them to us directly or (2) ordering them to our address from an online store. We have foam shapes and platforms in various colors that customers are welcome to incorporate into their photos.
How does the test shot work?
Background
First, book your test shot here and let us know how you want your image to look. No payment or commitment is required. Then ship us your product. We'll shoot one Essential shot and send you a watermarked copy. Once you're happy with your test shot, you can discuss the best options for the rest of your images with us and complete your order on our pricing page. The test shot will count as one of the Essential shots in your order.
How long will it take to receive my images?
Most test shot orders are completed within three business days of receiving your product. Most orders of multiple images are completed within five business days of receiving your product and your design instructions.
Can I place an order without booking a test shot first?
Absolutely! We recommend test shots for new customers who want to see what their images will look like before committing. If you want to speed up your project, skipping the test shot is an excellent option.
Do you have a money-back guarantee?
Yes, we have a 100% money-back guarantee.
How do revisions work?
You'll receive two free revisions per order of up to 5 images. For larger orders, we can discuss a custom number of revisions. If we misinterpret your instructions, we'll revise the photo at no cost to you. Revisions that only require minor editing changes (brightness, contrast, minor blemish removal, etc.) are always free.
How does photo approval work?
After we shoot and edit the photos for your project, we'll watermark them and upload them to a private online gallery. Once you review the images, you can either approve them or request revisions. Once all images have been approved, we'll provide the final non-watermarked images in all the file formats and sizes you'll need.
What formats will my images be delivered in?
Background
We provide JPEGs both at full resolution and in a reduced 3000 X 3000 format. TIFFs are furnished at full resolution. For PNG cutouts, we deliver them in their native PNG format at full resolution and at 3000 x 3000, along with JPEGs and TIFFs of the original file for your convenience. We can also provide images in a next-gen compressed format called WebP, which is optimal for uploading images to your own website. Just let us know if you want WebP versions of your file
What exactly is a PNG cutout?
A PNG cutout is an image featuring your product set against a completely transparent background. This enables you to seamlessly overlay your product on any backdrop, whether it's a section of your website or a promotional banner. PNG cutouts are exclusively available for images shot on a pure white background. For intricate products like jewelry, please contact us first as additional charges may apply.
Will I need to perform additional editing for my Amazon images after receiving them?
Absolutely not! The images we deliver are fully compliant with Amazon’s requirements and are ready to be uploaded directly.
What should I do if I need my images compressed for my website?
Simply inform us! We offer a complimentary service to compress your images into the WebP format. This ensures a faster loading time for your website compared to utilizing the original JPEGs.
