How does the test shot work?
First, book your test shot here and let us know how you want your image to look. No payment or commitment is required. Then ship us your product. We'll shoot one Essential shot and send you a watermarked copy. Once you're happy with your test shot, you can discuss the best options for the rest of your images with us and complete your order on our pricing page. The test shot will count as one of the Essential shots in your order.
How long will it take for me to receive my images?
Most test shot orders are completed within three business days of receiving your product. Most orders of multiple images are completed within five business days of receiving your product and your design instructions.
What is a design consultation?
A design consultation starts with a 30-minute video call with one of our creatives where we discuss and provide input on the best way to present your images with regard to background colors, angles, props, set design, and more. After the call, you'll receive a written description of each shot, as discussed on the call. Once you approve the image descriptions, we'll begin shooting. During the shoot, the photographer may collaborate with you via iMessage, WhatsApp, or text message to make adjustments in real time.
What if I want my product back?
Just email a prepaid UPS shipping label to info@fodostack.com and we'll send your product back once your project is complete.
